February 16-18, 2019
[dropcap1]T[/dropcap1]he 2019 Winter Retreat is open for all Middle and High School students, all adults and children of chaperones. Registration is open until Wednesday, February 13, 2019. If you choose to use paper registrations, they are located in the foyer and also must be completed and submitted to the Anchorage church office by February 13. Everyone must fill out a registration form. If you are under 18 you must fill out the YOUTH registration. Adults must fill out the ADULT registration.
Everyone will depart Anchorage church of Christ, 2700 DeBarr Road, at 9:00 AM Saturday, February 16, and return Monday, February 18. The winter retreat will consist of devotionals and singing. There also will be time to play games and ride snowmachines. There will be a $35.00 fee per person. If needed, scholarships may be requested.
PLEASE NOTE: The Dome and bath houses are not functioning in the winter. No flushing toilets, or running water. Outhouses only.
If there is not enough snow for snowmachines, we will press on and ride in by 4-wheelers. The same rules apply for 4-wheelers as they do for snowmachines. Anyone under the age of 18 may NOT bring their own snowmachine/4-wheeler UNLESS they have arranged in advance with an adult who is attending the retreat to be responsible for and in control of their snowmachine/4-wheeler.
