The goal of the 2026 Leadership Seminar is to explore the role of the shepherd through the lens of God’s mission. Jeff Smith will present research findings from his dissertation, Missional Shepherds: Exploring Development Opportunities for Shepherd Teams in Alaskan Churches of Christ.
